To request support for the CrossTx platform log in to CrossTx and click the Contact Us link at the top right.

A Contact Support box will pop up allowing you to type or paste your support request. Click the blue OK button bottom right to send your request to Client Services.

Support requests are sent via regular email so please do not include any PHI. If you need to identify a patient please use the patient ID number found in the patient record.

Client support requests are typically answered with 2 hours, but certainly within 1 business day.
